2. 개발자는 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다

Void Note에는 개발자가 운영하는 서버와 계정이 없습니다. 광고·분석·추적 도구를 쓰지 않습니다. 개발자는 사용자의 녹음, 전사, 기기 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다.

3. 휴대폰 안에만 있는 정보

• 녹음 파일, 전사 결과, 회의 목록, 설정, 전송 기록은 휴대폰의 앱 안에만 저장됩니다.
• 전사는 기기 안의 음성 인식 모델로 합니다. iPhone에서는 녹음 중 실시간 자막에 Apple의 기기 내 음성 인식을 씁니다.
• 앱을 삭제하면 이 정보도 함께 삭제됩니다. 앱 안에서 회의를 하나씩 지우는 기능은 아직 없습니다.

4. 기기 밖으로 나가는 요청

Void Note가 보내는 요청은 아래뿐이며, 모두 앱의 설정 › 전송 기록에 남습니다.

• Webhook 전송: 설정에 Webhook 주소를 넣은 경우에만 보냅니다. 회의가 끝나면 회의 제목, 시작 시각, 길이, 정지 이유, 전사 원문을 그 주소로 보냅니다. 녹음 파일은 보내지 않습니다. 전송에 실패하면 자동으로 다시 보냅니다. 주소를 저장할 때는 그 주소에 닿는지 확인하는 요청을 보냅니다. 받는 서버는 사용자 또는 소속 회사가 정하며, 그 서버에서의 처리는 그 운영자의 방침을 따릅니다.
• 음성 인식 모델 다운로드: 사용자가 받기를 누른 뒤 모델을 한 번 내려받습니다. 이 요청에는 회의 데이터가 담기지 않습니다. iPhone에서는 Hugging Face(huggingface.co)에서 모델과 토크나이저를 받으며, 일반적인 웹 요청과 같이 Hugging Face는 IP 주소 등을 처리할 수 있습니다. Android 앱의 다운로드처는 출시 때 여기에 적습니다.

5. 앱 스토어가 개발자에게 공유할 수 있는 정보

휴대폰 설정에서 앱 개발자와 진단 정보를 공유하도록 선택한 경우, Apple(App Store) 또는 Google(Google Play)이 충돌 보고서와 사용 통계를 개발자에게 공유할 수 있습니다. 여기에는 녹음과 전사가 포함되지 않습니다. 휴대폰의 개인정보 보호 또는 진단 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.

6. 권한

• 마이크: 회의를 녹음할 때 씁니다.
• 로컬 네트워크(iPhone): Webhook 주소가 회사 내부망 주소일 때만 씁니다.
• Android 앱에 필요한 다른 권한은 출시 때 여기에 적습니다.

7. 사용자의 권리

개발자가 보관하는 사용자 정보가 없으므로, 개발자에게 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 정보도 없습니다. 휴대폰 안의 정보는 사용자가 관리하며 앱을 삭제해 지울 수 있습니다. Webhook으로 회사 서버에 전달된 정보는 소속 회사에 문의해 주세요.

8. 녹음 시 유의사항

녹음하기 전에 참석자에게 알리고, 소속 회사의 규정과 해당 지역의 법을 따라 주세요. 필요한 동의를 받을 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.

9. 아동

Void Note는 업무용 도구이며 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

Short version: Void Note has no server of its own. Recordings and transcripts stay on your phone, and the only meeting data that ever leaves it goes to the webhook address you set. We, the developer, never receive it.

1. Who we are

Void Note (on the App Store as “Void Note: AI Meeting Recorder”) is a phone app for iPhone and Android, made by Sumin Choi (Vibe Mafia Club), an individual developer. This policy covers the Void Note app on both platforms and this website (voidapp.io). Contact: support@voidapp.io.

2. We do not collect your data

Void Note has no developer-operated server and no accounts. It contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking tools. We cannot access your recordings, transcripts, or device information.

3. What stays on your phone

• Recordings, transcripts, the meeting list, settings, and the Network Log are stored only inside the app on your phone.
• Transcription runs on the phone with an on-device speech model. On iPhone, live captions during recording use Apple’s on-device speech recognition.
• Deleting the app deletes this data. Deleting individual meetings inside the app is not available yet.

4. What leaves your phone

Void Note sends only the requests below, and every one is listed in the app under Settings › Network Log.

• Webhook: only if you enter a webhook address in Settings. When a meeting ends, Void Note sends the meeting title, start time, length, why the recording stopped, and the full transcript to that address. It never sends the audio file. If sending fails, Void Note retries automatically. When you save an address, Void Note sends a request to check that it can be reached. The server at that address is chosen by you or your company, and its operator’s policies apply to what it receives.
• Speech model download: Void Note downloads its speech model once, after you agree to the download. These requests contain no meeting data. On iPhone, the model and tokenizer come from Hugging Face (huggingface.co), which, like any website, may process your IP address. The Android app’s download source will be listed here at launch.

5. Information app stores may share with us

If you choose to share diagnostics with app developers in your phone’s settings, Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) may share crash reports and usage statistics with us. These do not include your recordings or transcripts. You can turn this off in your phone’s privacy or diagnostics settings.

6. Permissions

• Microphone: to record meetings.
• Local network (iPhone): only when your webhook address is on your company’s internal network.
• Other platform permissions the Android app needs will be listed here at launch.

7. Your choices and rights

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. You control the data on your phone and can remove it by deleting the app. For data your company’s server received through the webhook, contact your company.

8. Recording other people

Tell everyone in the meeting before you record, and follow your company’s rules and the laws where you are. You are responsible for getting any consent that is required.

9. Children

Void Note is a work tool and is not directed at children under 13 (under 14 in Korea).

10. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page with its date.
