이 약관은 iPhone·Android의 Void Note 앱과 이 웹사이트에 적용됩니다. App Store에서 받은 경우 Apple의 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(Licensed Application EULA)도 적용되며, 둘이 충돌하면 Apple의 계약이 우선합니다. Google Play에서 받은 경우 스토어 이용에는 Google Play 약관도 적용됩니다.

1. 운영자

Void Note(App Store 이름 “Void Note: AI Meeting Recorder”)는 개인 개발자 최수민(Vibe Mafia Club)이 만듭니다. 문의: support@voidapp.io

2. Void Note가 하는 일

Void Note는 휴대폰으로 회의를 녹음하고, 기기 안에서 전사하며, Webhook 주소를 설정한 경우 그 주소로 전사를 보냅니다. Void Note에는 계정과 개발자가 운영하는 서버가 없습니다. 데이터 처리 방식은 개인정보처리방침에 있습니다.

3. 녹음 동의는 사용자의 책임입니다

녹음하기 전에 참석자에게 알리고, 소속 회사의 규정이나 해당 지역의 법이 요구하는 동의를 받아 주세요. 녹음 방법과 녹음·전사의 사용에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.

4. Webhook 목적지

전사를 보낼 곳은 사용자 또는 소속 회사가 정합니다. 개발자는 그 서버를 운영하거나 통제하지 않으며, 도착한 뒤의 데이터 처리에 책임지지 않습니다.

5. 전사는 틀릴 수 있습니다

음성 인식은 뜻이 바뀌는 오류나 말하지 않은 단어를 만들 수 있습니다. 중요한 내용은 녹음과 대조한 뒤 써 주세요.

6. 이용 제한

Void Note를 불법 녹음, 법을 어기는 일, 앱이나 다른 사람의 기기를 방해하는 일에 쓰지 마세요.

7. 오픈소스 구성 요소

Void Note에는 오픈소스 소프트웨어가 들어 있습니다. iPhone에서는 WhisperKit(MIT 라이선스)과 OpenAI Whisper 모델(MIT 라이선스)이 들어 있습니다. Android 앱의 오픈소스 구성 요소는 출시 때 적습니다. 해당 구성 요소에는 그 라이선스가 적용됩니다.

8. 보증 부인

Void Note는 법이 허용하는 범위에서 어떠한 보증 없이 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. 녹음, 전사, 전송이 언제나 정확하게 이루어진다고 보증하지 않습니다.

9. 책임 제한

법이 허용하는 범위에서, 개발자는 Void Note 사용으로 생긴 간접·결과적 손해나 데이터 손실에 책임지지 않습니다. 이 약관은 법으로 포기할 수 없는 사용자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

10. 이용 종료

언제든 앱을 삭제해 이용을 끝낼 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 앱에 저장된 데이터도 삭제됩니다.

11. 준거법

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 다만 사용자가 사는 곳의 강행 소비자 보호 규정은 제한하지 않습니다.

12. 변경

약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 날짜와 함께 게시합니다.

These terms apply to the Void Note app on iPhone and Android and to this website. If you got Void Note from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple’s agreement wins where the two conflict. If you got Void Note from Google Play, Google Play’s terms also apply to your use of the store.

1. Who we are

Void Note (on the App Store as “Void Note: AI Meeting Recorder”) is made by Sumin Choi (Vibe Mafia Club), an individual developer. Contact: support@voidapp.io.

2. What Void Note is

Void Note records meetings on your phone, transcribes them on the device, and, if you set a webhook address, sends the transcript there. Void Note has no account and no server of its own. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Before you record, tell the people in the meeting and get any consent your company’s rules or local law require. You are responsible for how you record and use recordings and transcripts.

4. Your webhook destination

You or your company choose where transcripts are sent. We do not operate or control that server and are not responsible for what happens to data after it arrives there.

5. Transcripts can be wrong

Speech recognition makes mistakes, including errors that change meaning and words that were never said. Check important details against the recording before you rely on them.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Void Note to record people unlawfully, to break the law, or to interfere with the app or other people’s devices.

7. Open-source components

Void Note includes open-source software. On iPhone this includes WhisperKit (MIT License) and OpenAI’s Whisper model (MIT License). The Android app’s open-source components will be listed at launch. Their licenses apply to those components.

8. No warranty

Void Note is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will always record, transcribe, or deliver correctly.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Void Note. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.

10. Ending

You can stop using Void Note at any time by deleting the app. Deleting the app removes the data stored in it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live.

12. Changes

If these terms change, we will post the new version on this page with its date.
