시작하기

Void Note를 열고 안내 화면을 따라가세요. 마이크 접근을 허용해 주세요.
Void Note가 물으면 음성 인식 모델을 받으세요. 크기를 먼저 보여 주고, 한 번만 받습니다.
선택: 설정에 회사의 Webhook 주소를 넣으세요. 넣지 않으면 전사는 휴대폰에만 남고, 회의 화면에서 공유할 수 있습니다.

녹음

앱에서 시작합니다. iPhone에서는 제어 센터, 잠금 화면, 위젯에서도 시작할 수 있고, 녹음 중에는 Live Activity에 시간이 보입니다.
무음이 이어지면(기본 10분, 설정에서 바꿀 수 있음) 자동으로 멈춥니다. 정지 버튼 둘레의 고리와 카운트다운이 남은 시간을 보여 줍니다.
회의 중에 앱이 종료돼도 녹음은 남고, 다음에 Void Note를 열 때 복구됩니다.

회의가 끝난 뒤

Void Note가 휴대폰 안에서 전사하고, Webhook을 설정했다면 전사를 그 주소로 보냅니다.
전송에 실패하면 녹음과 전사를 휴대폰에 그대로 두고 자동으로 다시 보냅니다.
휴대폰이 보낸 모든 요청은 설정 › 전송 기록에서 볼 수 있습니다.

자주 묻는 질문

전사가 시작되지 않아요. 음성 인식 모델을 다 받았는지 확인해 주세요. 회의가 길수록 녹음이 끝난 뒤 전사에 시간이 더 걸립니다.

Webhook에 아무것도 오지 않아요. 설정의 주소를 확인하고, 설정 › 전송 기록의 최근 항목에서 오류를 확인해 주세요. iPhone에서는 주소가 회사 내부망이면 iPhone 설정에서 Void Note의 로컬 네트워크 접근을 허용해 주세요.

회의를 지울 수 있나요? 아직 앱 안에서는 지울 수 없습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 모든 녹음과 전사가 함께 삭제됩니다.

About 630 MB of free space for the speech model. Wi-Fi is recommended for the download.

Getting started

Open Void Note and follow the setup screens. Allow microphone access.
Download the speech model when Void Note asks. It shows the size first and downloads once.
Optional: enter your company’s webhook address in Settings. Without it, transcripts stay on the phone and you can share them from the meeting screen.

Recording

Start from the app. On iPhone you can also start from Control Center, the Lock Screen, or a widget, and a Live Activity shows the time while recording.
After a stretch of silence (10 minutes by default, adjustable in Settings), Void Note stops on its own. A ring around the stop button and a countdown show the time left.
If the app is closed during a meeting, the recording is kept and recovered the next time you open Void Note.

After the meeting

Void Note transcribes the meeting on the phone, then sends the transcript to your webhook if you set one.
If sending fails, Void Note keeps the recording and transcript on the phone and retries automatically.
To see every request the phone has made, open Settings › Network Log.

Common questions

Transcription hasn’t started. Make sure the speech model has finished downloading. Longer meetings take longer to transcribe after recording stops.

The webhook isn’t receiving anything. Check the address in Settings and look at the latest entry in Settings › Network Log for the error. On iPhone, if the address is on your internal network, allow Local Network access for Void Note in iPhone Settings.

Can I delete a meeting? Not inside the app yet. Deleting the app removes all recordings and transcripts.
